Rachel's birthday balloons

Rachel has been fourteen for nearly a month now, so I figured I should take down her birthday balloons and record them (finally). 

Alexander drew her a lovely picture of cupcakes on a roof. Then he asked everybody, "But why? Why are the cupcakes on the roof?!" No one knows.

Zoë and Benjamin both wrote Rachel some silly acrostics (the only kind we know how to do around these parts):

She got the letters slightly out of order, but I think her poem could easily be rearranged without affecting the, uh, "meaning" very much, so just imagine that she spelled Rachel correctly.

She also wrote a balloon that said, "I appoint ye, sir, Baker of Cakes, Awesomest Older Sister Named Rachel, a good leader. Best 14 year old? You are knighted. It is your birthday."

Keep it up, smalls! You're gonna go far.
